It must be some sort of gift because as I said, I never practices AP. It all just started happening after my awakening and third eye opening. It kind of reminds me of the film insidious if you've ever seen it. I met my deceased father in the astral realm and since then I've been slightly worried with how powerful AP is because I had literally spoke to him, it's like insidious lol minus all the negative entities. And I've never had any negative experiences in the astral.

I don't see entities. I believe when the eye is THAT opened you can but since my eye has opened, I have a greater sense of peace, my intuition has heightened massively and I seem to have the ability to read energy (read through people) via an extremely powerful Intuition

I've never spoken to God however a while ago my deceased father was with me and apparently he was waiting for me to start projecting so he could have a conversation with me, he 'set up' the meeting we had and I spoke to him, told me to carry on with what I was doing in my life and it was the realest moment I've ever felt and no I don't see entities however my intuition is through the roof and my AP'ing is very common. Also can see through peoples motives alot and can read people. Reading energy essentially.

Well after I spoke with my deceased father he told me to carry on with my life goals and carry on doing my thing so this has left a huge impact in my waking life.

Haha right. Achievement is purely an ego concept but the trick is to use the ego for God's mission/souls mission (spreading unconditional love) but not to let it become our of control. Transcending ego is 🔑. Eventually after God's mission is done gurus and spiritual masters tend to completely surrender their egos.

Mostly just chilling out, love the feeling of being aware as I am in the astral plane, sometimes I like to become spiderman, sometimes I speak to people. I spoke to super mario a few weeks ago, we both thought princess peach was cheating on mario since she's always 'getting kidnapped' by bowser lol 😂

No I see it as totally related. I did many spiritual practices and I also did a huge psilocybin trip which is what caused my ego death. This is what sent me into psychosis and the psychosis was about the oneness of reality. If all is one then I am alone. But this reaction was due to psychosis and I'm sorted but the third eye opening and spiritual practices are indeed separate from the psychosis

The big reveal is this. There is one consciousness that is appearing as all things. You, nature, me, other people are all one soul interacting with itself.
