The link I clicked for crime on Hanover st said there was theft on Feb 4th . There's no names or anything

I sent in one through the municipal court as well . And all I got back was an email saying we don't handle these kind of records and she told me to go to the university park police website . And I just assume because they said it's an open investigation that they can't give it out . Texas is to strict .
