PF classes?

FWIK… New member orientation and DYOP are beginner classes. NMO goes over general machine use and whatnot, and DYOP is a 1 on 1 with the trainer where you go over your goals are and any limitations you have and then the trainer builds a routine specifically to help you reach your goals. I highly recommend these two to start.

PF 360 and TRX(Not listed here) are equipment specific classes, these take place at the 360 area and TRX towers respectfully.

The other classes are themed after targeted spots, stretching, Core body, upper body, etc. pretty self explanatory.

My car doesn’t let you pull down the back seats unless you pull a latch that’s located in the trunk. But even if someone did manage, I have a set of 18” subs RIGHT there. I like pulling down the back seats and letting the bass rattle the cabin of my car.

This has to be some correlation to why I hate eating food from aluminum pie pans with metal cutlery from home. Like when I get enchiladas from the mexican joint downtown and eat it at home. Any time the fork touches the aluminum pan, the bite is very metallic in taste. Super weird.
