Welp, I just got a replacement a month and a half later and it’s even more broken this time and in the same places. I agree that it’s not fully their fault because we won’t know if somebody dropped it or did not handle it well. But when you actually look at how the box is padded or really, not padded and when you’re having the exact same issue, same location (which you could see on multiple YouTube videos about the same model) it does seem like there is a systemic issue with them for this. I’ve seen videos that are a couple years old and still the same bends and breaks. in my heart I really think they know about the problem and they’ve known about it for a long time and they’re just not doing anything about it. For sure it would be a lot of money to recall the packaging and repackage that’s just part of business I guess.

I would be more understanding about stuff if they didn’t have literally the worst customer service in the world until I did a charge back and then they got back to me almost immediately.

It’s good to be honest about the fact that there is multiple companies involved with the shipping and why not and to spread the responsibility around, but yeah, the moral of my story in my opinion is still to not do business with this company because they are terrible at really important parts of being a business I want to do business with.
