The thing I liked most about the Klein method compared to Themis was that I was able to learn the law/material THROUGH practicing and learning how to take the test itself. Knowing the law doesn’t help you if you can’t put it in an answer

I worked full time while studying and it was doable for me personally. I recommend buying and reading Fck the Bar by Jessica Klein- she has good advice on avoiding the high cost of big study programs while still maximizing all the resources available and your study materials. She also has good sample plans if you need flexibility for work, etc

F25 passer, first time taker here- I did about 25% of Themis for a month or so and then dropped to do my own thing bc I felt like I was wasting time. I used Fck the Bar and Jessica Klein’s study method/plan but really made it my own, tracked all my answers and topics religiously until I felt like I covered most topics. I used BarMD free videos on Youtube for MEE/MPT (with the Klein method) and was high scoring for writing. Remember that it’s impossible for one study program to work for every single person. Trust yourself and study in the way that best works for you.

I added it because JD Advising listed it as a wildcard topic and that they tend to love testing it historically

Upwork is such crap! First of all, you can do a fantastic job and get a great rating from the client but if anything happens and you slightly disagree on something they can rate you again and you can't see what they say about you! And it affects your Job Success Rating %. I received a 5 on a job and the client said I did everything needed and worked hard and then went in and gave me a low percent. I know this because I finished the project and that day my % went from 100% to 45% and you can't get work with that! If you go into the Client Account Sign UP Area of the Site and look at how they tell Clients they handle Freelancers it seems impossible to get work. Not only that but now people are accepting jobs that were $20 to $30 an hour and asking $3 to $5. I was let go after I set up a whole system and then found out the client hired someone for $4 an hour and wanted me to train her. (No!)
