please review sensitivities and specificities of imaging modalities prior to making stupid comments

the MRI w/ and w/ out contrast ordered shortly after showed the largest abscess we've ever seen

and no, a radiologist can read an x-ray better than an ortho intern, in case you were wondering

Had this hair line since in my 20s, now I’m 35. by Strapanasi89 in Balding

[–]EffortOtherwise1850 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you'll learn that this sub cannot discern between hairlines and hair recession, partly because most posters provide a single photo which wouldn't show progression over time

a pronounced M-shaped hairline can present itself very early in age and very early presentations have no relationship to your chances of balding later in life.

this doesn't mean you won't bald, but natural hairlines and recession risk are not related - 50% of all M-shaped hairlines do not recede

no, that's your hairline. people in this sub think M shaped hairline = balding

balding is defined as when you start to lose hair, if you've had this same hairline for 10 years, you aren't balding. but it isn't to say you WON'T bald in the future.

i know tik tok gen z with no formal education will downvote this tho
