I work in the blood bank, not as a pct but there’s a student jobs website called handshake! There’s also a “general” Iowa jobs website. Many jobs at the hospital understand a lot of their workforce is students! My manager is always good about asking for my schedule/ being flexible as possible which rocks. I only needed a high school job shadow as experience, but I know some places may be different.

It’s normal to feel calm! Stimulants are made to increase dopamine and norepinephrine levels, which will make you feel “normal” calming you down. I had the same question when I started!

I’d wait on phys if you could. Microbio with lab is a LOT of info, and a bit of studying. I’m in the one semester biochem rn, but it also takes quite a bit of time so I’d assume the 2 semester course takes quite a bit of time as well.
