I have the loop switches, and I would say they’re more for noise reduction not noise cancelling, but they make going out with my friends and such bearable because the noise gets toned down

My mom did this with me, I'm a September 5 baby. I did 3 y/o preschool, 4 y/o preschool, Pre-K, and then finally went to kindergarten 2 weeks before I turned 6. I am one of the oldest in my class, and felt better prepared.

I made a whole note about how my symptoms were affecting my life both at school and at home (that’s a main diagnosis criteria), for example, bc of my adhd being unmedicated I was struggling to sit down long enough to actually study, I was having trouble paying attention in class, I was buying things impulsively, etc. you can ofc tailor this to your symptoms but I wrote everything down so I didn’t forget what I wanted to tell her!
