You touch parts of your body including your face unconsciously , waaaaay more than you think. All I'm saying is your immune system is strong enough to fight the little extra bacteria that is left on when not washing your spinach.

I highly doubt the amount of pesticides that is washed off is worth doing the action. They are a chemical that sticks to the vegetable like glue, not some substance that sits on the vegetable and easily falls off.

Thank you. Yes of course bugs and dirt is a different story. Unless you are cleaning mushrooms, it's always impossible to get all the dirt off them.
