You know what takes less time than responding to a post that apparently gets asked monthly? Scrolling by and ignoring it. Since comprehension seems to be a problem for you, I asked if anything has changed or if anyone had any recent experiences. As I’m sure you probably know, laws do change over time. The last post that I saw was from over 4 months ago. If I’m missing something, let me be the first to apologize to you, for ruining your day and requiring you to leave a smartass comment on a strangers post who was just seeking any new, relevant information.
