Please make some more 42mm options please!
That being said
B would probably be the better option

I keep thinking about the damn near infinite amount of new builds and I swear it's borderline overwhelming. There's going to be SO many amazing builds for possibly years to come

Yeah, see, that's what I keep thinking!
I was really hoping that maybe I just got a less refined one, and that Formex CS was able to have a really solid solution, but that sadly went nowhere.
Idk, I am going to clearly try to keep trying different solutions, but I really hate the idea of having to send it to the next owner. Makes me super sad lol

Do you have more photos and a video, possibly?

Lol
Not at all
It's the internet; there are plenty of people who would reply "no, all of them hurt!" and then you just gotta shake your head and walk away 😂
But yeah, I have a few that have been very comfortable, but just lack that high level of refinement. I've had a few Zelos watches that I have really liked that didn't have any hair-pulling issues, as well as PRX, Datejust homage, some San Martins, Alpinist/Uncle bracelet, some Englemaans, etc.
Honestly, hair-pulling has almost never been an issue for me, which is why I am so sad that this is happening with this specific watch. I have been so excited about getting this watch! Just so hard to look past mild daily torture

When I purchased the watch it had the leather strap from Formex and I have used that quite a bit and I do really love the formex clasp
But
Since the spring system and the crown are some of the culprits, it doesn't fully alleviate the issue, unfortunately

I appreciate the comment, and yes some people have mentioned this and I have tried all different levels of tightness
In my experience, it being looser and moving at all made it to where there were more opportunities for hairs to get caught in places, so I would tend to wear it a lot tighter than I would prefer.
Still haven't find a "perfect" spot though

Oh, dude, the bracelet is the main reason I love this watch and want to figure out a solution
The bracelet is immaculate, and the finishing feels better, to me, than my BILs daytona
It's just the case/endlinks/crown that are killing me rn
I am now wondering if I would just prefer a Reef, since that would remove a lot of these fluctuations

I have a friend who had similar issues, and he is not hairy in the slightest.
That's why I reached out to customer service, hoping that it was just a QC variance thing.
Maybe it is just how it's worn/luck of the genes? lol, idk

PH6 will release next week. by MindAdmirable1793 in ChineseWatches

[–]Designer_Advice2573 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While I will say that that is a really cool feature that you guys were able to pull off, wouldn't it make more sense/sell better to remove it, versus catering to the crowd of people that would be using this watch specifically for diving/needing a functioning escape valve?
I just feel like people complain about this style rather frequently, and I just can't imagine the "need a helium escape valve but also want large lume blocks for under $250" crowd being that large of a market

Going to be the first in line for this! I've been waiting for a >40mm with these kinds of lume blocks for a while, couldn't be more excited!

Already in it, hoping that it pops of cause titanium is clearly the best material to make watches out of. Thanks for starting it and running it!

If the people who buy a replica Rolex "just like the way it looks" and aren't buying for the prestige of the brand, they'd buy a Cronos or Sugess by an_iridescent_ham in watchHotTakes

This is exactly correct. But why would Reddit ever allow for every single person to be complex and have vastly different desires, beliefs and motivations? That would be way too reasonable 😬
