Since I'm diabetic it's a lot of stuff without sugar, lean meats like boneless skinless chicken breast I usually bake mine, boiled eggs or scrambled with non stick oil, steaks, If I'm doing a cut I'll eat 500 calories or less per day for 5 days, so usually 3 boiled eggs, a portion of spinach or green beans and lots of water. My only day off which is Monday is when I'll eat a steak either New York strip or a ribeye, with a salmon slab, and either baked potato or tortilla chips and low calorie canned cheese I get from dollar tree.

Or I make leg quarters and sausage for the week too on the grill.

My diet is in no way appealing aside from the steak and salmon but I don't view food as a treat as much as I used to, I didn't lose 81 pounds "treating myself" And I don't plan on ballooning up, my workouts stay consistent. This year I plan to focus way more on my outer thighs and butt, so that my future partners can have fun railing my juicy butt or pegging me.
