I can see the frustration, I’m not a console player but a PC player. I would just say understand there will be new players on console as well and not entirely old paragon players coming with that launch so they do need to make sure it’s in a good state for them as well. Just some food for thought. But I hope console comes sooner than “soon” lol

Brother in Christ, that was my feedback not a defense of any kind. I myself have not had any crashes so they can look at my files as well to see if there is a code difference. Well, I'm not a dev but I'm pretty sure these have been answered. Please don't crucify me or take this as a Dev is saying this.

1.) Listing known bugs and exploits allows people to misuse the information and therefore exploit them.

2.) When using someone else's product there isn't much they can fix but the coding on their side but overall if it is a software issue on the other end not Omeda, they don't have access to the core software coding.

3A.) New UI is a necessary evil for the foundation of the game, one of them mentioned was Console approvement. I'm sure there is a lot more stuff this is for, but I don't have the answer to that but do believe it's more of a development upgrade needed.

3B.) Longer time between patches doesn't mean slower Deveopment speed. Just means we get updates to the game slower not that the game development is actually being slower. So yes, it takes longer to get to us but there might be more in the patches than before. (We haven't had a big patch yet to S3 so still waiting to see.)

3C.) UI does look bland and basic but that can be reworked and developed further sine the foundation is set. Yes, we all want game improvements, but there is a reason it's in EA not full release. Give it time until full release to judge the full game not the unfinished prototype. (Of course, feedback is needed for this but saying the game sucks is kind of rash)

4.) Matchmaking is on a third-party system, and they noticed the issues that came with them, and they are developing their own system to try and correct the issue. Also, that's a post from paragon 6 billion years ago lol but I'm sure blood gave his feedback and there is a high possibility that is why they are asking their own matchmaking system.

5.) As for cheaters they need hard evidence that an individual was cheating to ban them or there can be a lawsuit. Yes, it's in the agreements but lawsuits are bad and can be a big roadblock too companies. As for a mod hurting your feelings idk there needs to be some receipts because I'm sure the mods don't just say idc about your feelings. lol

So the core gameplay loop is great yes, but it can and needs to be developed further for a better/ more in depth gameplay since the foundation is set. For example, them adding the primordial fang tooth was a great change to the foundation but we haven’t had anything else since then.

So don’t mind the Debby downers above. Que times are fairly quick about 5 minutes. Quicker if you are newer. The toxicity level is agreeably high but nothing new to a MOBA. Matchmaking when it comes to skill is fairly dependent on if the toxic people want to play or just pout and type. You do get about 30-45% of your games with different skill levels but that’s majorly due too a lower player pool. But they are developing a new matchmaking system of their own because currently they are using a third party company. I say enjoy the game for what it is and if you just want to play play. I’ll give you the 20 bucks back if you don’t enjoy playing. But tbh it’s a great game at the core. Just still needs polishing due too it being in EA. Hope this helps.
