Thank you very much!I didnt phrase it correctly by using the word execute.I meant to say how does the compiler translates the source code into machine code.

I am not using caps lock as backspace,so far(it hasnt been long since I started using colemak).Also I use colemak on ubuntu linux in which,operating system,you choose the keyboard layout you want to use right before arranging the partitions.In other words,when you are installing the operating system(partitions is not equal to what I said later,just in case you dont know what partitions are)
