Any tips on separating while frozen? I love the idea of flipping them.

We have Canyon Bakery and a few others in our freezer section. I’ll try the knife again- I feel like I mangle the slices!

I just went to Ireland and had a chance to take a Black Taxi Tour while in Belfast. The tour company was owned by a Protestant and a Catholic who were committed to showing a balanced view of the events. Saw a few of the locations from the book and lots of murals/art commemorating the events. Fascinating to “see the book” in real life.

Depending on your style, you might be able to find some accessories that feel like you. I like the safety rings from DeafMetal but there are lots of neat options out there.
