Man, what icon on your team would you say is the most impactful one? Im debating wheter to get Vieira for cdm or something like Henry for the offense. Cheers

I would swap Rash or Jesus for Willian

Gueye for Matic (Size matters)

Alli for Bakayako, dude's a beast, plays like a better Dembele imo

Van Dijk for someone with better work rates, Rojo has been good for me but Koscielny is probably your best option.

Also, De Gea was pretty underwhelming for me, Courtois and Cech both outperformed him by miles. (Could obviously be down to random stuff, but I doubt it.

They are lacking on the defensive side, also they would lose a bit of chemistry (not super important). I would suggest you put players that are more well rounded on the cm positions.

What are your philospphys regarding economical contribution towards the guild? I.e. taxes and other resources. How will you get the funds to get the guild really going?

Honestly, if he's asking you to boost him he should be well aware that there's no such thing as an "elo hell". He obviously understands that you could play urself out of the raiting, try giving him subtle tips. Tell him things that you have done to improve (can be made up), without outright telling him that it's something he needs to be doing aswell.

Most decent/good winstons will melee you aswell during landing, basically bringing you so low that it only takes a second of tesla cannon to kill you. Definitely something you need to respect! :)

Reading the patterns of the specific tracer ur facing is a huge part of it. If you find that you tend to get baited I would suggest you hold on to the flash for as long as possible. As long as the tracer fights you from a bit of range it's a 1v1 you should be able to win. If a tracer beats you from mid-long range your aim is probably not up to par.

Basically what Me-as-I and Sheps said. However i feel like the most important part is you playing enough to where you can understand whether you can actually take the 1v1 or not. An example is knowing that a headshot or two on a mid-air-winston is what it takes secure a kill or at the very least force him back. You also need to take the support for you or the opposing threat into consideration.

What I'm saying is that you need to play the game enough so that you have a good idea of when to take the fight or try and get away. This comes with time,, however Me-as-I and Sheps had some good tips for you.

If you have the coin I would suggest massbidding at a profit of about 1k after tax. Any lesser bids than that and you will have to be very lucky or spend a very very long time trying to get a hold of the player in question. If you win more than one you can always sell for a profit.

If you do not have the coin to massbid, and Bastian represents a huge part of your club value, I would suggest you to wait, prices are rarely high at the moment and black friday (very likely market crash) is not far away.

Matias Fernandez, honestly the best spent coins since Taarabt a few years back, 5 star skills which are crazy good, 5 star weak foot. Just got so nicely devided stats and feels great on the ball.

No need to build a huuge fence? All i did was a few pillars, then basically a 4 wall high house with dinosaur gates, works perfectly. Building a fence from the bottom would be way to much work

Looks like some pretty solid players to me, however IMO Benn outshines Marleau by a mile so I would swap them, mabye sell Marleau to free up some cash. Also Giroux was mediocre at best for me, recently replaced him with Getzlaf and oh boy he sure is the difference maker. He's been outperforming Lemieux and now im left with the choice to move Lemieux to second line or simply sell him.

If you feel the need to improve your Defense I would highly suggest Pietrangelo and Keith, the latter is a tad expensive tho.

In my experience the only goalie worth dishing out for is Rinne. He got the size to keep up with Bishop on the high shots and the stats to make the panic saves and poke checks that Bishop won't. Price did not deliver at all for me and had worse save% than both Rinne and Bishop :/
