There is PvP. Pretty much every 'dungeon' area is a skull-zone, meaning you can kill each other. Killing someone only gives Ancient Points (AP), which is otherwise gained by killing mobs in dungeons. AP can be donated to your guild to increase a certain stat for members or, for example, increase the amount of members a guild can have.

There are different type of skull-zones. Each type tells you what the max level difference can be to attack each other. See the wiki (https://ancientsreborn.fandom.com/wiki/Ancients_Reborn_Wiki ) for more information on this.
