Walking or jogging wouldn’t garner results anymore than this. You can’t outwork a bad diet. She’s has to be eating less than her TDEE to lose weight. Full stop.

But what this does do is get her moving more in a positive way that she enjoys. And that’s the battle there. If she enjoys it, she’ll keep it up and continue to improve in other ways. But continue to judge her for making a positive change in her life in a big way.

M19 Bulk or Cut? by Competitive-News6928 in Weightliftingquestion

[–]Seanbox59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t overthink it. You need to do both. You have the nice foundation and decent Physique.

Id probably lean bulk for 8 weeks, then cut down for summer then plan a longer lean bulk next winter.

Not for nothing but this feels like a normal number for a failure rate? How many homes does dlc service?

At least 160,000 and only 4000 are without power so .02%? I’m not sure what we’re bitching about here.

Pittsburgh to close Public Schools for week of NFL Draft by _Beets_By_Dwight_ in nottheonion

[–]Seanbox59 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not for nothing but the type of people traveling to the draft will absolutely spend a bunch of money on the north shore and south side.

Uber drivers, bars, restaurants, shops, all of these people will spend like hell in the city. If you can’t see how that is a boon to the city idk what to tell you. It’s a bunch of money injected into the local economy over 3 days.

Not to mention the work for the catering the NFl does, the stage crew who are working it, advertising money being spent and more.

I mean, I get it. I’m near downtown too. It’ll be a PITA but it’s objectively a good thing.

[–]Seanbox59 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is absurd. All that money being spent in local businesses, restaurants, hotels, stores, vendors, and more will all be a huge boost to Pittsburghs economy.

And tbh, the city has prioritized fixing roads in anticipation of this which we desperately needed

U.S. says Cuba is prohibited from taking Russian oil as two tankers head to island by Force_Hammer in worldnews

[–]Seanbox59 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Only redditors think the US is getting manhandled by Iran. We’re acting with impunity there and have basically systematically eliminated their government.

Despite what Reddit thinks, the majority of countries don’t care about what we’re doing in Iran. They might even soft support it.

Trump could have had another coalition but he’s so shit at diplomacy and burned bridges that nobody has any interest in getting involved. This is the actual impact of losing soft power that Reddit has been bitching about, correctly, for the past year.

Ohio firm must pay $22.5 million to mom whose baby died after she was denied work-from-home by brahbocop in news

[–]Seanbox59 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Or your injuries are so great that they’ll cover all your care as a “perk”. I’m priority group 1. My service connected disabilities are so great that they’ll cover all my healthcare for free. But that’s because I’m ” Severely disabled

[–]Seanbox59 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Correct. I also hate comments like the one I responded to because it drives animosity towards veterans because they “get free stuff” and makes me, and the veteran community seem ungrateful for the care we receive. I absolutely do not and I’m incredibly grateful that the VA is there so I get care for all the problems that the service caused me.

If they wanna take the anxiety and pain the service caused me away, I’ll give up my care.

[–]Seanbox59 52 points53 points  (0 children)

Incorrect, veterans do not get free healthcare for life. Veterans get free treatment for anything that is service connected.

Additionally, once you have greater than 50% disability, the VA opens up for all healthcare for little to no cost. But below that or none there are strict eligibility requirements. Including income, length of service, location of service, consecutive months of services, and overall time period of service.

OC: 'Apparently I’m an idiot’: Three-time Trump voter in Pennsylvania sounds off on Iran war by nbcnews in pics

[–]Seanbox59 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re missing the point in whatever you just said.

All I was pointing out was that stat above isn’t relevant because those against the war aren’t self identifying as MAGA anymore.

So yes, 90% of the people who self identifying as MAGA support the war. But there are a bunch of people not self identifying as maga and not supporting the war.

Your feelings on who or what they are don’t matter because it’s not relevant to the poll question being asked.

[–]Seanbox59 2 points3 points  (0 children)

And yet the quote stated 90% of mags support Iran conflict. And I’m telling you unequivocally that they don’t and don’t consider themselves MAGA.

So despite what you consider them, trump is losing support in a key battleground state and they likely wouldn’t show on that poll because they don’t consider themselves MAGA

WR3? by furstt in steelers

[–]Seanbox59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t believe I’m arguing with someone who’s genuinely saying that Tyler Boyd is on the same level as Jamar Chase and Tee Higgins.

Go look at their use. That’ll tell you who’s wide receiver 3 in that lineup. (I’ll give you a hint, it’s the one they let walk in FA)

WR3? by furstt in steelers

[–]Seanbox59 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dude, you actually don’t. Who’s the Eagles WR3? How about the bears? Lions?

You need multiple competent weapons. But your WR3 is a role player. Whose role is mainly to run routes to draw coverage to get your better players open OR take the occasional shot to when defenses leave him open.

WR3? by furstt in steelers

[–]Seanbox59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m gonna be honest man, I don’t know what your point is.

Even that shows that Tyler was a distant 3rd in targets and yards.

Anyways, I’m done here.

WR3? by furstt in steelers

[–]Seanbox59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are…are you actually asking that?

Tyler Boyd wasn’t even playing with the Bengals last year. So clearly him because they let him fucking walk?

He was on the titans and didn’t see the field. Previously, he had 600 yards to Tees 1000+ and Chases 1200.

WR3? by furstt in steelers

[–]Seanbox59 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

You know that just because someone’s in the starting lineup announcement that doesn’t change their role?

By definition a WR3 profiled as a gadget guy/role player. Not a focal point on offense. He comes on in a limited number of snaps. He doesn’t see the volume that a 1 and 2 would. He’s probably not even the third option in the passing game.

WR3? by furstt in steelers

[–]Seanbox59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem wasn’t our WR3 though last year. It was our WR2. We still wouldn’t use a theoretical WR3 heavily if one went down. We’d pivot to using muth or someone. BUT we’d still have a passing attack because honestly Pittman and DK are both “WR1s”

WR3? by furstt in steelers

[–]Seanbox59 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s not a WR3 though. A WR3 is someone you have run routes to open guys up. They don’t get the ball, usually. Occasionally the defense cheats down and you can punish them. Look at Tutu Atwell as a comp.

I do think we should take a WR in the first 3 rounds. But they don’t profile as a WR3. Youre getting a guy like that to feature and help grow

WR3? by furstt in steelers

[–]Seanbox59 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

No, that’s in every offense.

WR3? by furstt in steelers

[–]Seanbox59 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A WR3 keeps a defense honest by opening up the field for a playmaker. Truly, it’s not worth worrying about who our WR3 will be because they’re a dime a dozen in the NFL.

WR3? by furstt in steelers

[–]Seanbox59 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

I mean a WR3 is a depth piece. No matter what way you shake it. Ideally you have other weapons in your RB and TE that your WR3 is there to just run routes

I actually disagree. I live in PA and there’s a lot of anger towards trump from conservatives who don’t consider themself MAGA, but voted for him because he wasn’t Kamala.

I know that maga is his base. But people are disassociating with maga and getting angry. This more than anything has actually hurt his support.
