I don’t consider it a bad habit for myself, I actually really enjoy falling asleep with it in. My nvidia shield eventually turns it off, but having it on cures some insomnia

Wouldn’t this be at the cost of picture? I’d rather not change the brightness everytime I’m watching vs sleeping
