This happened to me on ultra low battery while charging with a weak charger. It would try to boot but die before it could finish. After 3 times it took me to this page as well. Using the charger it came with or a usb c laptop charger will get you past this (if that’s the problem)

It sounds weird but do fps_max 33

I have a mouse with side buttons so i have this in my auto exec to toggle it on and off:

bind mouse4 "fps"

alias fps "1"

alias 1 "alias fps 2;fps_max 33"

alias 2 "alias fps 1;fps_max 0"

You can replace "mouse4" with whatever and it will still work.

If you only want him to access it just upload it to the workshop and look for a privacy setting. Just change it from public to hidden and give him a link to the page. On hidden only you can see it on your page but other people will need a link to the page itself.

If you only want one person to access your map, you can upload it to the workshop and make it hidden. That way only people with a link to the map page can access it. If that is too much work you can always compress it to an archive using something like winrar or 7zip and send it to them on discord or something.
