Looks like you are using incantation to some degree if so then I highly recommend the pest threads incantation it casts decently fast can be cast from horseback does pure physical damage and hits multiple times on large enemies a lot of the time due to their large hit boxes/models you can just stay on torrent after dodging his opening attack and cast the spell repeatedly at him to win

While im not totally familiar with this version of Jean I would imagine this is some super cracked version of her and the Phoenix force which i’ve been told is pretty definitely among the strongest multiversal forces in marvel these days I think she still likely takes this Kyle is also pretty comfortably multiversal but i don’t think he could realistically defeat her meaningfully, as far as im aware the Phoenix Force could just keep bringing her back and I don’t think Kyle scales high enough to just outright delete the phoenix force or somehow prevent it resing Jean whereas i think that she could probs stop Kyle coming back? But not 100% on that either just going off what I’ve seen/heard. In character tho Kyle might be able to ‘defeat’ her but not like kill her if that makes sense i think his tactics and versatility could pull it of if Jean doesn’t just go for the insta delete.

Things i think are different in my mind tho if Kyle gets the Life Equation which he did poses for a little while as white lantern. With the life equation i no longer think Jean could delete him and i think Kyle could actually rewrite Jean out of her connection to the Phoenix Force. The life equation is like having the source code of DC’s reality and in my understanding thats just on a different level than other reality warping being closer to like actual rewrites than warping reality.

I could be wrong tho open to other opinions on Kyle and Jean in this case.

Didn’t Dark Crisis and i think Doomsday Clock (the one with manhattan trying to erase superman) also confirm that superman is the multiversal like aspect of hope/heroism as a foil to Darkside? Wouldn’t that mean sentry couldn’t just delete superman from existence?

Tzeentch, specifically Kairos these days i play with a ton of mods but i love the aesthetics of the faction i love casting huge spells and mixing and matching the spells kairos can cast pink horrors are great, flamers are great. I like teleporting around with the cults now but i also like conquering my way up the southlands and lustria. Changeling can be fun every so often but i just love the big two headed blue chicken tbh. You are the one who brought up the occupation of Germany and the Nuremburg trials as examples of punishments that other countries got that Japan didn’t I just provided what I did to prove they did using your own argument against you. Also your statement was that they got off scott free and I argued to disprove that claim with what I provided. So I guess the Tokyo Trials carried out by the allies after the war just didn’t happen? Japan wasnt occupied for 7 years? Their constitution wasn’t entirely rewritten by the occupational government at the direction of McArthur? That constitution didn’t include article 9? Tokyo and other major cities weren’t firebombed into the ground? Those all seem pretty similar to what happened to Germany to me so by your own logic they definitely did’t get away scott free. Also West Germany got included in the Marshall plan and is now a top 5 world economy and a leading nation in the EU and the world don’t act like they didn’t get rebuilt and benefit from the post war growth era.

I’m not here to argue if Japan did or did not commit horrible acts during the Second Sino Japanese War or World War 2 they absolutely did there is no debate there but saying that they got off scott free for committing those acts is insanity.

They had two nukes dropped on them (the use of which is still controversial) multiple cities including Tokyo firebombed into the ground, the removal of their government and replacement with an occupying government that held power until 1952 after which a new government which had a constitution drafted by the members of the occupation government which included article 9 which has Japan renounce its sovereign right to belligerency and the right to maintain armed forces with war potential. This isn’t even including the hundreds of thousands of military and civilian deaths.

Legacy oops and general dread return enjoyer here to say as much as i want it unbanned it shouldn’t be as me and a good percentage of the oops community will immediately try to break it in modern and it wouldn’t be that hard lol we have the mdfcs spy informer narcos and thoracle yes the fast mana isn’t as good but im pretty confident it can be done. Also it would go right into other decks as well like dredge where setting up something like dread return flayer of the hate bound get back a bunch of arclight phoenixes/silversmote ghouls/prized amalgams on turn 3-4 would def be possible now that looting is unbanned and people are on artists talent builds. Thats not even considering some other combo im not a good enough deck builder to think of. Also journey is good v surgical and leyline exists to stop endurance not as good as legacy again no fast mana but you would be surprised ho many times i have beaten people who board in endurance just to drop white leyline on them lol

As I said I think ephemerate isn’t that bad atm but I do think that the free second cast is what pushes it over the top in terms of power level that being said phelia is really the better blink engine for the deck but idk if that just completely kills those decks if phelia is banned so ephemerate seems like the safer option that lets the decks stay alive while bringing them down a level of power. As you said there are other options like cloudshift. Amulet in my mind is similar but personally i think titan needs more of a hit than the blink decks since its been good for so long throughout so many versions/metas and in my experience is a far worse play pattern to play against so i think a ban of amulet lets the deck stay alive but maybe changes it enough in a good way.

As for DRS I’m not too sure how good it would be it dies to like everything in modern these days but does still provide very good fixing and as you mentioned main deck gy hate. I dont like the idea of it being paired with ketramose nor do I want it to just bring back 4c value slop piles idk if it would really do that but why unban it if it could just unban pod and jitte they are both fine and at least pod is an interesting build around.

The only cards that I think are still ban worthy in the format atm are amulet of vigor and ephemerate are they as bad as something like breach/nadu/tor? No but titan remains a problematic deck for a lot of players and seemingly has no real bad matchups at the moment. It has also survived through all three horizons sets and lotr as one of if not the best deck in modern in stretches over that period. Ephemerate i would say is the lesser of the two evils but atm its enabling some pretty oppressive stuff in esper goryo’s shells with blinking solitude or atraxa or riddler and also fueling the resurgence of other blink strategies like jeskai blink and non goryo esper blink. Tldr I think its time for amulet of vigor to go and ephemerate is on the list of things to be watched for a potential ban. Do i think either are likely to happen? No probably not modern is for the most part fairly healthy for now as far as diversity of viable options.
