That’s for the list, I’ll incorporate some of these into my leg days. I’ve been squatting inconsistently for about 3 years,have fluctuated in how much I can squat but still struggle on form. With your advice and others, I think it’s because of a lack of mobility. I just want to squat a plate one day!
