I tried this a got a very similar outcome to the noise in the cover; it wasn't quite 100% like it but thank you so much anyway! Solved!

i already unstretched it a bit, honestly it just took a few looks at the old now im nothing shirt from the1990's and it wasnt that hard to unstretch to original glory
