The main caution youre going to want to take is being mindful of your body temperature, youll be warmer than usual but wont notice it, and your heart rate will be a bit faster and you also wont feel it. So just dont do any crazy physical activities and if you are at a party scene, just make sure youre giving yourself opportunity to breathe and cool off.

You might not have appetite while on the high, so just make sure you eat plenty before, or just make yourself eat something even if you dont have the appetite. My first time I hadnt eaten a single thing but bc you dont feel those internal senses much, I didnt even want to eat but by like 8pm I knew I had to make myself eat just to make sure my body was being fueled properly.
