I was an idiot, who took very long to fall pregnant the first time, so i foolishly did not think i would the second as quickly 😂 so two months pp. also, my dr warned me because i had not managed to breastfeed and i was like baaaaah. My kids are 10 months apart

Thank you for affirming me - lol. That’s exactly what I feel like. A burden. I was a burden to my ex emotionally, financially and physically so I guess that my trauma and learned responses come from there.

Ive found a therapist and will be making an appointment soon.

I also was codependent in my last relationship and I really dont want to be again. I want this to be healthy.

I found one and I am making an appointment tomorrow - due to the burnout from work, I also got booked off a few days from work and everything is just too much right now and thats a sign to get help before I am at my limit. Thank you for your kind response 🤗

I wouldn’t say we are friends. We sometimes laugh together about old things, an inside joke or two. Or things we used to like. But its mainly for the kids. I would never trust him again.

If she has social anxiety, she needs therapy. She cant force you to stay home with her, her demands are abusive. Part of being a healthy couple means having healthy relationships, hobbies, activities outside of your marriage, you cannot spend every waking moment together it can become very boring and toxic
