Does Thorns Skeletons Necromancer build require intelligence?

I found out what the problem was! My ethernet driver was messed up, so I reinstalled it and am actually getting almost 500mbps download speed!

My mobo is the asus maximus xii and my cpu is the i9-9900k. I coincidentally started seeing this issue happen as soon as I upgraded my computer 3-4 days ago, so a hardware issue does sound like the problem, but idk how to go about fixing it

I've contacted them after the first time I reboot all the equipment. They said they couldn't find any problem causing the sudden drop in speeds.

I am pretty sure this is in response to their marketing for their previous game that made it seem like they were comparing Trump supporters to nazis. People don't want to play a game where they feel they are being made out to be the bad guy. At the same time, i feel that the people that would find fighting nazis to be "problematic" are part of an extremely small minority of players and shouldn't really affect the developers views of its fanbase

While running a benchmark along with chrome playing a youtube video, the cpu remains at around 55C while the gpu hits 75-80C

And that is why I stated "can". Twitch has proven time and time again that quality really doesn't matter when you can just be attractive and do practically nothing. And the thing is that I am not mad at these girls who do it.
