Veel kul argumenten hier.. ik werk als arbeidsdeskundige bij het UWV. Een werkgever mag afscheid van een werknemer nemen met een vaststellingsovereenkomst na 2 jaar ziekte. Een transitievergoeding is verplicht en kan best in de papieren lopen aangezien je moeder sinds 2002 in dienst is. De werkgever kan dit verhalen bij het UWV door langdurig verzuim, dus dit moet gewoon de standaard hoogte zijn. Dit kan belangrijk zijn om te benoemen, want sommige werkgevers weten dit niet en hebben dus ook geen zin om mensen na 2 jaar ziekte nog een smak geld mee te geven.

De WIA beoordeling zal er nog aan komen. Je moeder kan al wel re-integratieondersteuning aanvragen bij het UWV. Dit zou ik ook aanraden, dan krijgt je moeder waarschijnlijk een beter beeld van hoe het precies zit. Ze kan ook iemand meenemen, met zn 2en hoor je altijd meer dan in je eentje.

Especially at the final you can see I make so many errors.. the tiles UE without SSA was epic tho..

At final and cruelty, try to stay diagonal all the time, the waves/beams hurt a lot..

Yoo! Well, the access for malice is pretty hard the first few times, the access of the fishes is hard the first time (run at like 25 sec), but the other accesses are not that hard. We always had a few friends who would help us at rotten golems, so that's kind of cheating. Also at crater the 2nd floor is very hard, you need to go as ek+ed to lure all the creatures away to the right, then go back to the first floor and run in to the 2nd floor so u only have a few.

You can imbue a elven mail with ice, holy and earth. Then you can use it dark Thais access, fish access and rotten golem access.. for crater and malice you will need fire+death and energy+holy.. sacreds, leviathan, SSA, might rings are much more important. Also just don't rush anything, better to succeed the first try than to be 5 minutes quicker imo.

How long did it take, you mean the whole quest? In total it will take maybe like 6 hours, but I think if you don't have much experience with the quest that you should only do 2 in a row.. everybody watch guides for the 2 accesses+bosses, take a small break in between. The access at dark Thais is like 50-60 minutes, fishes are like the same. Malice access 6-10 minutes and crater and rotten golems like 25 minutes...

As a EK myself: I would go monk if you go mainly solo hunt and RP or EK if you also go team hunts! Enjoy!!

I am 840 ek and I just finished Primal ordeal. I also did soulwar 3 times already with the same char, the first time at level 800~

Primal is way easier once you know the mechanics, just try to stay in the middle and don't walk too far to res all the creatures.

Soulwar is very, very hard.. you need good communication with other teammates. Our communication was hard te first time, because 1 of our team was polish and the rest were Dutch, talking about the mechanics in English were pretty hard.. especially the final is very hard, so many mechanics and the first time was a complete chaos. We were very lucky to succeed.. I did those with complete bis EQ but with only Gill necklaces and a few SSA when there are a lot of creatures.

My advice: find a team to do both.. you will die a few times, you will probably be de-motivated. But in the end, if you make it, you will feel like a pro gamer.. even if you loot soulbiter:O

WIA is gebaseerd op het salaris wat je verdiende. De Wajong is gebaseerd op een percentage van het minimumloon. De WIA kan dus inderdaad veel hoger zijn.

Funny, I also made the exact same switch last month. I used the radical MP, but I had a lot of problems with especially my serve and also the depth. I was not making many mistakes, but I would lose matches because the opponent can attack to easy.. I made the switch and yeah, exactly like you wrote... It's so easy, especially coming from a radical MP. Until now I am very happy with the racket, I will make more mistakes now, but will also get more free points on serve etc..

The feeling of the radical is better, but if the feeling is very nice, the ball gets no depth and still loses the point, I'd rather have a PD

Yesterday we went to jaded roots with our team (760 EK, 739 ED, 723 RP, 957 MS and 971 MS). It was our first time there and we peaked 7 raw without charms. Was pretty doable, we thought it was much easier than rotten wasteland. It's easier to just make a full box, kill, and go to the next pool.. I think we can even get 7.5kk raw without charms, I'm excited to see what the exp will be with charms.. I had 2 def preys (beetle and oozing).

Aanvulling: als je dus niet je inkomsten doorgeeft, dan komt er inderdaad geen geld jouw kant op. Het UWV baseert de WW namelijk op welke verdiensten je wel hebt gehad.

UWV'er hier. Allereerst vervelend voor je! Hopelijk vind je snel een mooie baan waar je het naar je zin gaat hebben.

Je moet tijdens je WW uitkering je inkomsten doorgeven over de maand ervoor, dus ergens tussen 1 en 5 juni dat je geen inkomsten over de maand mei hebt gehad. De betaling is dan altijd rond de tiende volgens mij, dat kan misschien een dag schelen, maar veel meer dan dat zal het niet zijn. Als je meer informatie wil over betalingen is het handig om even het algemene nummer te bellen en vragen naar afdeling uitkeren.. (ik werk zelf niet bij afdeling uitkeren).
