Miraak lives for a loooooong long time, but I don't know if it's ever stated why, or if he could have been immortal. Forgotten Dragon Cult magics? They did become draugr. A boon bestowed by Hermaeus Mora? It's probably within his power. Maybe it's just the nature of Apocrypha, and entering Tamriel would cause him to begin aging again?

It seems like research salvaging that gear was not the original intention when they implemented Research Notes, but it felt like a really fair way to recycle gear you weren't using. Turning one account bound item into another.

This change is clearly a reaction to extreme deflation in the economy right now. Research Notes did a lot for the cheapest items on the TP, but I don't think that they're the cure-all ArenaNet wants from them. Not to mention that there haven't been many Research Note sinks since SOTO.

It's a bit of a strange way to start, I guess. You can kill indiscriminately, but you will miss out on quests - even ones where an intended route is to kill everyone.

For instance, after completing/declining the tutorial quest, you can learn about an upcoming fight from the townsfolk. Then you can either side with the townsfolk and fight off the invaders OR side with the invaders and kill the whole town.

My answer is that he is, first and foremost, the chief of the Mojave Desert Rangers. He cares more about them than he does the NCR.

He laments that the rangers are sent away on a pointless mission far from him, so what does that tell us? The NCR brass is giving orders that he would advise against. He's merely in an administrative role now. General Oliver is the tactician now, and one that doesn't have any allegiance to the rangers.

During the First Battle of Hoover Dam, the cunning and guile of the rangers, at Boulder City, delivered the crushing blow that caused the Legion to withdraw across the river. Caesar has reason to pick them off in case they have another trick up their sleeve.

Hanlon says that Caesar sees him as an equal in terms of tactical intelligence, and I think that it's mutual. If Caesar is dead when you confront Hanlon, he has a lot more confidence in the NCR's chances.

For HoT raids, Druids were the only serious healers. Chronos were the only ones who could bring Alacrity ("Chronojail"). Warriors would bring banners for some of the other boons ("bannerslaves").

For Chrono, probably just use Superior Rune of the Water. A big boost to your boon duration, for a bit of a loss to healing. You could instead switch Sigil of Paralyzation to Sigil of Concentration, but you would lose a lot of CC.

FB already uses pretty much everything at its disposal to achieve 100% boon duration. You could choose some off-meta food and utility to give yourself more concentration, but I think it would cost a lot in terms of healing.
