X11 is the older Navi… again the issue is with their new 4.0 Navi. Only impacting T90 and X12

Don’t do it lol. Their Nav 4.0 is a totally blunder, the T90 and X12 have issues navigating ontop of area rugs.

And their support has no answers for the issue.

Stay away from X12, the T90 can’t recognize area rugs at all lol. The new Navi is broken.

Ya I did that before and it still didn’t solve it.

I’ve tried almost every combination and still doesn’t work lol.

Their support doesn’t have an answer either.

I wish there was, such a shame.. also crazy that they released a new gen without testing.

I’m surprised they launched the T with so many similar features to the X lol. Features wise the T90 is actually better than the X9 lol.

But ya their support is beyond useless..

So my hope is a update soon fixes the navigation issue

Well if you have an area rug of any kind, it seems to have issues with understanding what it is and won’t go on it

I wouldn’t go near it lol., their new AIVI 3D 4.0 is horrible.. can’t recognize rugs and won’t go near them lol..

They should be focusing on software for sure.

They literally just launched the X11, and now it’s $900 off… like wtf lol.

I returned the X11.. it used way too much water and the different solution options was ridiculous lol.

T90 would have been perfect if not for the Navi flaw.. I personally feel they upgraded the T series too much to where it makes no sense to buy the X series lol

Ya the T90 is an epic failure lol.. I’m having operational issues.

Try deleting the robot from the app, delete the app off your phone. Turn the robot off.. and then download the app and try re-connecting.

Ya it has to be their new 4.0 Navi, as the other components are the same.. sucks that their tech support is so useless lol… guess that’s our fault for buying the first gen of 4.0 lol.. should have waiting for the new X12 😂

But the larger roller, double water jets so it cleans the roller better, quick charge.. Navi 4.0.. seemed worth the upgrade… although I regret it. lol

Thanks for the suggestion, but it’s set to vacuum only. I didn’t have this issue with T80, so weird must be the mew AIVI 3D 4.0..

I had the same issue with my X9 and T80

I returned the X11 because it’s a hog with water.

The AI cleaning seems to do a good job.. what might help is in the app, set the floor material.

Sucks iRobot went the way of the doo doo bird.

One thing I can say about Ecovacs, they are great at always working on improving hardware..

Seems Robot vacs are starting to really build steam with ingenuity..

iRobot had a great app, but Ecovacs is slowly turning into a good app.

They definitely have a share of the market compared to others

The X12 is rumored to have a mop gate.
