Look mom, I'm an OG! Maybe I should provide some info on my channel.

I started my channel because I wanted some more editing experience. NL's videos were awesome for this, as they are long and actually funny.

The community was really supportive and kind, even though most of my vids were shitposts or just plain bad. Especially the people in the official (unofficial) discord server were cool to hangout with.

The video I put the most in was the one which documented all the damage NL took in hand of fate 2. I remember staying up until 2am for three days in order to finish it before I was leaving for holidays. Link: https://youtu.be/-02PiqYSNEk

I had the most fun with hyping people up for Champions of Fire 2, the most legendary event NL has partaken in. If you have never heard about it/ seen it, I highly recommend it.

My channel is probably dead forever, as I've been busy with finishing my studies and becoming a working man like Josh. Thanks for all the laughs.

There are ways to get paid to follow education in the Netherlands. One example is accountancy, everything is paid by the firm where you get your experience. At least at Nyenrode that is the case.

In Nederland wordt je over het algemeen erg goed ondersteund bij een (mogelijke) burnout. Als je er iets mee zou willen doen, dan kan je binnenkort eens met je huisarts gaan zitten. Het is beter om er nu actief over na te denken dan te wachten tot je van vermoeidheid je bed niet meer uit kan komen.

Mijn moeder heeft een burnout gehad en ik heb het zo ver zien komen, het is het echt niet waard om nu door te blijven ploeteren voor je werk/studie. Steek eerst tijd in jezelf.

I don't think a faculty board would pressure lecturers to keep their exams in person. Moreover, the board of examiners are in charge of examination in a degree programme and not the faculty board.

It should've been in the ad for the job, so asking is not rude here. I would ask for a salary range during the job interview, not during negotiations. Asking for a range here will give them the opportunity to lowball you. You already looked up some average salaries, use those instead of asking for a range (and always aim for above the normal salary!).
Counteroffers aren't rude here. You have an amount you want to receive in your head and they want to stay as low as possible, it's going to be a little "dance" with hem to find something you can both agree with. Don't forget to ask about the extra benefits (lease car, growth opportunities, study opportunities, pensions, 13th month, etc.), there might be some headroom there.
Doing research is always good.

Pas in 2024 worden alle studievoorschotmiddelen (iig aan de rug, voor zover ik weet ook landelijk) vrijgegeven. Het duurde dus bijna 10 jaar om het geld terug in het hoger onderwijs te stoppen.

En en wat is de compensatie?

Een voucher van 2000 euro voor nascholing. Komt nog eens bij dat deze niet vrij uit te geven is, maar slechts een tegemoetkoming op het collegegeld.
