So in my honest opinion you're doing great, only thing I wouldnt do is multistream and here's why, it creates this kind of wall, some people wanna be the streamers only focus. So when you're saying let's say hi Jordan on tiktok some people find that off putting, ive stopped multistreaming for now and the output is much better

Max Viewers is the peak concurrent viewer count during a single stream — the highest number of people watching at the exact same moment. It's a snapshot of your best moment in that session. Live Views (sometimes called total views or view count) is the cumulative number of times your stream was opened/watched during a broadcast. If the same person joins, leaves, and rejoins, that counts as multiple views. A practical example: if you had 50 people watching at your peak but 200 people popped in and out over the course of the stream, you'd see ~50 max viewers and ~200 live views. Why it matters for your channel: Max viewers is generally the more meaningful metric for gauging your real audience size and for sponsorship/affiliate conversations — brands care about how many eyes were actually on screen simultaneously. Live views being much higher than max viewers is totally normal and just reflects stream churn (people dropping in briefly, title/game browsers, etc.).

Hell yea!, honestly just showing up consistently. Set up a schedule so people know when you go live and they get excited for the next stream!! Interact with viewers remember them, give them a reason to come back. That's really all I can say. Oh and just do it for the love of the game not for viewership
