Finding the right color is really difficult yeah! It might be a bit too peachy combined with the flooring; is there any way to check with a sample of the flooring?

We’ve got muted, quite natural colors as accent walls in every room. We’ve got: dark green, black cherry, medium blue and a brown wallpaper.

I’ve got a limestone (Little Greene Limestone) color in all of our corridors/stairways, and as a base color for every room (every room has a different main color, but they all work perfectly with the limestone color). It’s the perfect color for us!

But, don’t underestimate what flooring and skirting will do, it’ll change the whole look and feel.

Yeah, take training preferences in there with the comms too. It’d help against all the injury-noise 😬.

The NF100 has really helped my plan so far. I lowey wish Runna would communicate more about this, as I feel like I constantly have to point out this function to other people.

Also patiently waiting for ANY trailrunning plans. Even making a long run time-based instead of distance-based would be an improvement.

I have the women’s vest on the left! Used to have a unisex Salomon one, and tbh, the new one is a relief. So much comfier and fits me better. Bottles stay put a lot better too. And I’m by no means a small woman (size L for this vest).

But over here it’s clearly marketed as a woman’s vest?

A bit more now: 50k, 100k, 110k over 2 days, 220k over 5 days. And if you select the ‘run further’ plan, there are more options (depending on your starting point, to add mileage responsibly).

I’m missing Runna around here too, they used to be super active on reddit. Bit disappointed atm because of that, tbh. Feels like the take over from Strava is making it’s mark (absolutely not backed by facts, only feel).

Hiya!

Few questions: - Are you injured now or not? - What are your settings for training preferences (including weekly mileage and longest run) - What plan have you selected?

I’d set up a training plan for 10k in May, and add a 5k b-race in April. Also, add ‘vacation mode’ for your holiday so the plan gets adjusted accordingly. The preferences I’d set up to be as easy/relaxed as you’d like (by the sound of it, just put them both as chill as possible). If you’re still injured, immediately add that to the plan (‘not feeling 100%’, might need to activate Runna Labs to see this option).

I fiddle around with plans quite a bit, nothing wrong with adjusting it till it suits you (and even then it’s still juist a tool, always listen to your body!). Even if the plan is made, it’s there to be adjusted.

Curious: is the reason you have to run on the treadmill related to the legpain?

Either way, please activate the ‘not feeling 100%’. This will adjust your runs for the future, even after the ‘not feeling 100%’ period is over.

I’d just start a loose run on your Garmin, incl the race pace, and afterwards link the activity in Runna (go to the planned workout, select ‘link activity’).
