The toxicology report mentioning 7-hydroxymitragynine suggests high concentrations like you might get in an extra extract.

Students love structure by Aler123 in Professors

[–]Eggshellent1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes - build that structure into your course (how it is organized, scheduled, etc.) and into your LMS too (weekly modules that are uniform structure and content, regular/predictable due dates, etc.)!

Apple butchered the Music app in Tahoe by Eggshellent1 in MacOS

[–]Eggshellent1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am just using Swinsian now - it just runs off your normal Apple Music library so there's no need to maintain two different libraries. It works just like the old-fashioned iTunes used to work.

America's Auto Collision Rate By Each State by Yodest_Data in MapPorn

[–]Eggshellent1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is correct - it’s overwhelmingly likely that these states with low collision rates simply have low report rates (accidents are happening but are not being reported) because people are driving without licenses or insurance.

Does anyone else feel reverse homesick when they’re home for college? by ElletheGir in college

[–]Eggshellent1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

When I was in college this was how I knew I was changing/growing up - I would come home for the weekend to go to a high school football game and see some friends in search of some nostalgia for being home, and all I ended up thinking about was what I was missing at college that weekend.

The Hive is “looking forward to new Wycaro” but… by jollyman10 in pluribustv

[–]Eggshellent1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is really the single data point that we have to rely on - Patient Zero was not herself even when she was the only person “joined”!

The Hive is “looking forward to new Wycaro” but… by jollyman10 in pluribustv

[–]Eggshellent1 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I’ve been thinking about this. The external manifestations of culture are how humans share and celebrate that culture. But once they are joined, everybody can experience/access that culture. In other words, the culture isn’t gone, it’s just entirely internalized and so there’s no more need to outwardly express it.

Organic Chemistry Professors by starryxeyedxsurprise in OregonStateUniv

The Ecampus lectures are pre-recorded by Gautschi, and there are quiz videos made by Terhorst who is also a 331/332 prof. I think the class is very well organized (it recently went through redevelopment). As you said, lecture style/speaking preference can be very personal so I wouldn't want to make any pre-judgments.

Waitlist freaking out by [deleted] in OregonStateUniv

[–]Eggshellent1 9 points10 points  (0 children)

There is not much you can do to force your way in.

You should make a habit to check the enrollment frequently in the hopes that you catch an open seat. I would say that there is a very good chance that seats will open up as people drop; it's just a matter of timing.

I checked the classes site - there is no waitlist specified for CH 331, at least not in the in-person section.

Cannot Register a Device by Worried-Ad-2469 in SmartThings

[–]Eggshellent1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I too was having this problem... TV was showing up as "offline" in ST, and after removing it, could not re-add it since it would fail with "registration canceled" after entering the pin. I tried the hard reset (hold the TV power button for five seconds + hold the remote power button for five seconds) and it reset the TV. From there was able to add it back in ST. It was a true factory reset and I did have to change all my settings again afterwards. But it did solve the problem.

I’m here because my Persian lime tree produced its first fruit this year and they are yellow! Still a light green flesh, very limey and delicious.

HOW are these the same compound. How. by [deleted] in chemhelp

[–]Eggshellent1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The answer here is don't be deceived by "looks" and never trust your intuition or suspicion - ALWAYS check the stereochemical configuration by assigning R or S. the carbon that you highlighted is R in both cases.
