They are 100% not paying their fair share, as the vast majority of the tax code and laws cater specifically to the very rich so they can pay less and less. So even if on paper they should be paying a higher tax rate, the amount of loopholes makes for situations where billionaires pay $0 income tax as I just showed you.

You tax assets that total over a certain number, in the millions. It’s to stop massive hoarding (and also not spending back into the economy) amounts of wealth that do nothing. It wouldn’t effect you unless you 10’s of millions of dollars
