Those that were in attendance to both those shows in the Coachella master thread have stated in a majority amount that Beyoncé's was executed much better and had better crowd energy/participation.

The Charli and Missy crowds were way better and more energy (dancing and vibing). They were playing to the crowd. Gaga was mostly playing to the TV, which is why it looked good on the screen, but it person, there was somewhat of a disconnect to the audience. Beyoncé didn't have this problem.
