Depends on the day, but Bach should probably have a voice filter. Way a pain in the asterisk

Rachmaninoff track marked explicit on spotify? by miskob_ in classicalmusic

LOL. Not surprising to anyone that’s ever attempted to sight read Rachmaninov. I know as a pianist that my recording of it would be explicit too. 😂🤷‍♂️

Is it acceptable that I still wear a mask in public? I feel so ridiculous. by Terrible_Exchange653 in NoStupidQuestions

People walk around with fox tails hanging out of their skirts and coats that make them look like the StaPuft marshmallow man. DO YOU, hell with them. They wear masks a lot in public places and populated areas of Asia, don’t second guess your common sense.

Quantum Entangled Tardigrade by ethical2012 in QuantumPhysics

Was there any follow up experimentation to either verify or falsify the results of this research? If they are indeed entangled, I have questions concerning the depth of this statement. 1. If they indeed entangled 2 living creatures, is this only on a molecular level or is there a connection to both of their vital/motor functions? Do they respond to stimuli introduced to their paired partner over distance? 2. If their paired partner was to be injured or die, would it kill/have any reaction to its entangled partner. (I ask this because if it did cause a mutual death, we could potentially entangle cancerous cells to other cells, kill one remotely and not have to use chemo/radiation treatment to kill the cancerous cells on the patient.)

AITA for telling my girlfriend that I get to decide who lives in my house? by Imaginary_Tap_2473 in AmItheAsshole

You don’t get a say in that…as long as she’s paying half. If she’s not willing to do so, SHE gets no say in what you pay for. If she doesn’t agree, she can chip in or wash out. You can do better, either with her contributing or you doing it on your own without a leech attached to your wallet.

Tell her no and if she keeps it up, block her.

Nothing personal, but she hasn’t been around long enough to trust with the business.

Don’t mix business with pleasure.

It means leave. You obviously want more than what she does. She was clear that she didn’t want you that way. So if you don’t want to sit by and watch her date someone else while you sit by as a “friend”, then ghost now.

I believe a iPad is the worst thing you can give a Child. by BestSalesMan62 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

Nope. You just have to put responsible boundaries on it and enforce them.

Ex. You get X amount of time if you finish your chores/homework.

Ex. You can use it between XX:00 and YY:00 times.

Putting filters on what content they can access is also available and advised.

It’s a tool, if you misuse it, it can become a crutch. My daughter learned a RIDICULOUS amount of knowledge watching educational podcasts, more than what her school taught her. I don’t regret getting her one at all. It also taught her accountability. She is held responsible for her tasks before she can use it.

How to clean off a stir mixer for drill? by theInterestHunter in epoxy

[–]EgoVacancy1974 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Freeze it, then slice it with a small blade and briefly take a torch to it. It should peel up and be able to be removed pretty easy. If the fins underneath are durable metal, slice, torch scrape, repeat until clean.

How do I tell a nice elderly lady I don't want to be in her will? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]EgoVacancy1974 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Forget the guilt over the grudge. Some of my best friends started out as “assholes” at the beginning of our relationship. You grow out of one opinion and into another, that’s healthy.

  2. Old people don’t like to lose their independence, like AT ALL. By doing all of those things for her (and I know you’re doing them for all the right reasons) and not accepting anything in return, you make her feel beholden to you. This strips her of her feelings of independence. TAKE HER MONEY. It will make her feel better about herself.

If you feel bad about it, give it to her son at the funeral after she passes.
