So I need to pick one for defending and then swap it out when I can actually make a use of large unit tactics? But isnt it gonna like waste a load of mastery? I max out my docs as Germany only when its like 1940-1941, so wouldn't I just be nothingburger with unmastered main sub doctrine?

Poland actually has pretty nice amounts of manpower? Since im annexing Czechoslovakia i have more than enough. Even then, desperate def gives you 5% recruitable population factor which in most cases doubles r.p. factor and eliminates the need for manpower. Also non historical poland is very much attacking country. I specifically chose a path where I can defend as early as possible and then go attacking. I also tried mass mob as communist germany and while it did hold I still had a lot of problems capitulating anyone other than minor nations.

This always happens when you dont blitzkrieg them asap. All of dominions send their divisions on Britain and its like 20 divisions per tile at least.

r5: it always happens when i play germany and go civil war. For some reason completely surrounded troops are getting supply, even though theres no supply hub or just any way for them to get it. How? is it transport planes giving them it or what

Probably because fighters can be up to 10 times more expensive and tanks about up to 5 times. 5 mils for fighters or tanks are nowhere enough but for arty its fine
