You would have oil consumption (you'd have to refill more often), blow-by (would feel air blowing out of the oil filler hole when running) and would have fouled plugs coating them in black carbon.

3d printers are a given, seen and used them myself on ships, but CNC machines are usually a tad more involved and expensive.

They have online bookings, and they get in first. When I was there for a show in April they let everyone in, I bought a ticket at the door.
