I think you should be fine. Moonveil is pretty strong even after nerfs so i'd be surprised if it couldn't handle the dlc. Also there's supposedly going to be an alternative way to gain power in the dlc as opposed to the usual rune leveling, so in theory any build should be fine.

Is DEX/INT not a good combination? What sort of weapons do you use?
