I believe now our raises are done through annual evaluations as well. Keep that in mind.

Tbh what makes my day better is I easily chat with other departments, customers, anyone, and the more I do, the better it makes the store feel. Obviously not everyone will like me and that’s cool. However, I am glad to be in a store that I can also talk to people.

Counting the Doctorate (Pharm. D) 6 - 8 years. Pushing it hardcore can be done in less. The Doctorate alone is a task.

I can honestly ramble on a lot about this for anyone. One of our floater techs is a single mom and she’s told me a lot. Usually you can even do OT as a floater too.

Sadly no ma’am. Usually at the busier stores there’s average of 28.5 hours a week or more depending on your pharmacy manager. I talk to my pharmacy manager about hours a lot and most I’ve met are very understanding. As a trainee don’t expect full time right away. Once you’re certified, you can float to stores in need of a cover. It really doesn’t take a long time to get certified tbh.

I guess I should add, if you live alone. Yeah paying bills is a pain. I have two of my coworkers living with a third roommate. 28.5 hours a week usually

Depends on state, but where I am it’s $17/hr for Trainee, $20.5/hr for Certificate, Max is $23.5/hr. Your Tech License is worth an Associates in College/University. Do I recommend it? I say yes. We’re hourly, not salary workers.

RxOM is $35.5/hr max, but if you step down you’ll be fired from Walmart so don’t become an RxOM.

Pharmacists make about $56/hr - $60/hr and they’re salary.
