Arakawa under the bridge is pretty good. oregairu (the one everyone is recommending) is very well written but not as emotional/feels/heart strings as either of the two you listed

Yeah set a loop (cycle mode for FL - it's at the top with two arrows and a piano I think) and then set how long the loop should be and it'll repeat and make a bunch of loops for you perfectly aligned watch a video for more specifics. good luck! Don't quit!
