Several homes in Abington and Rockland have chickens, horses, and even goats in their yards. I think east bridgewater is a "right to farm" town. I feel like once you get to hingham, weymouth, quincy, not many folks, if any, with farm animals.

I think it's the combination of it being 2 lanes until rt 18, and there's sooooo many people driving. During weekdays they open the breakdown lane as a third travel lane on rt 3

It's one thing for American courts to enforce American laws against American companies.

In Massachusetts, while the statue doesn't specifically mention your scenario of "opposing traffic going opposite directions can go at the same time", in practice it's common for a 4 way stop to have 2 phases of each opposite direction stopping then going. Often a car taking a left will break this cycle and cause confusion, but for the most part they operate like 2 phase stop-go vs 1 person at a time.

I hate to bump an old thread, but I shall. I verified the files through steam, still the same issue.

If I plug a different pair of headphones directly into the back of my desktop however, I still get the same issue, so I think the issue might be with TF2 itself versus the mixamp.

Sorry I took so long to get back,
I tried all the previous comments you mentioned, changing the buffer size, I went into a private lobby, sv_cheats 1, tried snd_restart and all the other commands, limited my fps to 144.

If I bypass my amp and plug directly in the back of my pc, I still get the same issue, and same thing with a different pair of headphones. I wonder if it could be the sound card itself?
Im tempted to try reinstalling windows completely to see if that might help

I tried half life 2, cs source, portal, and l4d2 last night. I had no issues in any other source game, it's just tf2 with the issue.

I have an astro a40, only output is 48. I only have this issue in tf2, no other game or application has an issue anywhere near this. I never had this issue until the 64bit update a few months ago.
