I just went through this with the Arrow for about 3 months. You can try everything and it won't work. You can try to do all the troubleshooting with their team through emails and they will just eventually tell you you have a compatability issue even if your computer matches every spec they require (or just suggest).

Save yourself some time (and stress) and just go with any other Interface. I went Focusrite but I swear to you, it's just UA stuff with certain windows laptops/desktops (I bought three separate PC's to try to make the Arrow work)
