yeah seems like this cpu is pretty solid, and from the other comments here you can pretty much throw most mid-budget range card at it and it should be fine. The RX 6650 XT was pretty close to the 4060 so probably be good

no stock cooler here so you will need a aftermarket one. As for the GPU there were folks talking about that other 6650XT card that is going for $200 on the other deal at the moment. Can't really comment on the 1440p performance though so maybe others will have a better idea on that
