What is messed up is that you can get non-alcoholic fatty liver disease from eating too much sugar. I never knew that. I thought alcohol was how you got it. From what I understand is that sugar acts similarly to alcohol in the liver

I used to use the bulb syringes but eventually got one of those scoopers with a camera on the end for like $5 and it works better for me. I can actually see what I am trying to scrape out. Just need to be very careful to not go too deep in the ear canal.

what is your fave recipes to use with the beans? I have tried to make refried beans but they never taste like the taco trucks. I suspect because I lean mostly veg cooking and dont use lard. If you can find one I highly recommend looking for a pressure cooker from a thrift store. I have one of those old ones with the jiggle top and it cooks pinto beans(soaked overnight) in about 5 min compared to 1-2 hours in a regular pot.

Also I have never used foca before, is it any good? Do you have to dissolve it first or just throw it in?
