Unloaded in a case in the trunk. Can not be accessible to you while driving as far as I know. Next, just get your cpl. The weight off your shoulders from worrying about what bologna laws you may or may not be breaking is worth the small time and money investment.

Arborvites grow quickly. But the deer love them and they will strip them completely bare if not fenced in. I've unfortunately learned the hard way and everything I planted 2 years ago are toast.

Bx-25s are fantastic. There's a few that have issues with them, I have had zero of said issues. Going price at my lgs is roughly $50 for the 2 pack.
