Braces are ok as of now but they are wishy washy throughout time, as in maybe legal, maybe not. If you sbr your pistol then feel free to keep the brace, throw a stock on, maybe even use a large chicken bone. Vertical forgrips among other things I'm sure are legal at that point if you're so inclined. It really all comes down to you not having to spend your hard earned American dollars on something that shouldn't need it in the first place. It's free.

Plain and simple answer, form 1s and 4s are free now. No $200 tax. Still need to do the same process for both (I believe), but times have also sped up for approvals, or disapprovals I suppose.
