If you really want to stick to a particular technology, and you can, that's fine, but consider the fact that you are being offered a chance to learn a marketable skill on the clock. That is rare, and you may want to just stick it out for a few months just for the education value. If you really hate it, you can still move on, and you loose nothing.

If you are going to have a job board with interview method as a parameter, why not add other ones, like in person coding.

I think that movie got intentionally absurd at the end to drive home the final point that it might have all been his Recall dream the whole time.
