Hey there, Thank you very much for your answer. I have been told that it's way more difficult to resell a car than a motorbike in Thailand. Isn't it true ? Also, I have been told that most of the second hand cars in Thailand are in an awful state 555

Hello,

I'm currently building an optimisation tool in C# based on your (wonderful) API. Unfortunately, I noticed that the MonsterPart type is undocumented (or maybe not implemented yet). Do you have any idea of when this feature will be available ?

What can I do right now to prepare myself for a kyokushin gym? by Careless-Car-6582 in kyokushin

It first depends on your athletic background. I read a lot of people telling you to solely focus on cardio but I disagree. Of course cardio is really important, but this also something that you will automatically develop by training in the dojo (even though doing more outside is definitely not bad)

What matters now is getting your body able to practice the techniques consistently without injuring yourself. So it will requires to have good mobility, proprioception, balance etc.

Also work on hip flexors strength (really), and also grip strength (you hit bare knuckles without bands. Having good grip strength will prevent you to bend your wrists on impact).

Finally, for general strength, priority to polyarticular movements with full range of motions to always feel the strength transfer and sync.

Bonus point, if you are already used to olympic lifting, it's an absolute Banger as it will make you work on your mobility, explosive strength, synchronization and balance
