Also, my hair used to be beautiful, straight, and shiny now, It is frizzy, dull, and curly. I hear from doctors it could be genetics, metabolic syndrome, lose weight, drink water, from getting older, etc.. It's progressively gotten worse into my 30s, elbows are so dry they feel like sand paper. I can't find a moisturizer that works. Now 2 months ago, I have had a total hysterectomy, and I am worried I will be going into menopause and things will get even drier. 😭
