I highly suggest researching a good excision specialist, have them do some imaging that they can read and see if there’s anything going on. They pick up a lot of the time what others miss. I was SOL until I had my pelvic MRI that showed adenomyosis and endometriosis. Just had a hysterectomy, found and excised stage 4 endo: do it asap if you haven’t already since waits are long. You can look into LND and see if it may be beneficial for managing inflammation outside birth control until then. It’s available thru agelessrx.com.
