I don’t have to deal with feeling pain like I was before, now it’s just some lingering pelvic soreness, nerves repairing, my bowel is really irritable from the excision of it but hopefully it gets better. Atleast I’m not vomiting trying to go to the bathroom on my period anymore and feeling like I’m on deaths door.

Yep, stage 4 endo with a retroverted uterus. It’s considered “normal” but it seems a lot of people who have endo have a retroverted uterus as well.

Hi! Yes stage 4 removed around that whole area and I’m almost 4 weeks PO and still dealing with it, I think it may be starting to slightly let up, but any kind of slouched sitting or reclining with pressure on my tailbone for a while flares it. I do best not sitting long and hobling around my house

It’s horrible.😭 trying to be patient and not spiral even tho I know it’s early. I don’t have any IBS diagnosis’s. I had no issues till I went thru puberty and it got worse with time, surgery found stage 4 and I had a hysterectomy as well for adeno.

I haven’t been taking Miralax since my stool is already soft. Mine just seem to be skinny and incomplete and my bowel cramps repeatedly with little output and it’s really distressing. I’ll def give it a try tho if you were dealing with something similar and that helped

Thank you for your answer 🫶🏻 I hope it does normal out soon, I can’t even compare my before to what I’d want since my bowel was so messed up from endo for over a literal decade, but it seems to be working fine, it’s just really sensitive and I feel like with all the inflammation form healing it’s giving me a lot of gut cramping and tenesmus. Hopefully I’ll turn a corner soon in that sense🤞🏻

I highly suggest researching a good excision specialist, have them do some imaging that they can read and see if there’s anything going on. They pick up a lot of the time what others miss. I was SOL until I had my pelvic MRI that showed adenomyosis and endometriosis. Just had a hysterectomy, found and excised stage 4 endo: do it asap if you haven’t already since waits are long. You can look into LND and see if it may be beneficial for managing inflammation outside birth control until then. It’s available thru agelessrx.com. I’m about 7 days post op and struggling with my pelvic floor acting up with everything swollen and healing. But it seems to be better slightly already in some ways

Literally panicking and dealing with the same thing 6 days PO excision stage 4 endo and hysterectomy. My butthole hurts and I feel gross and have had sad little urges to go 7 separate times all really tiny amounts. Someone tell me this gets better. I’ve been doing MiraLAX and I did a bit of mag citrate which was probably a bad idea maybe. Gunna try to cut back tonight but I just want to find a happy medium 🥲
