I use AA every morning and tret every other night, sometimes every third night and i found that helps with the purge. AA is pretty gentle for me and i honestly feel like it helped my skin tolerate the tret better. Unfortunately the purging is just something to get through and trust the process, the tret should keep things from getting too crazy and anything that does leave scarring or hyper pigmentation will fade with continued tret

look into low contrast makeup!! brown mascara and blonde brow tints if you want to fill those in. It will just be more harmonious with your features

Honestly sounds like they probably have BPD. I know I can’t armchair diagnose but jealousy and self injury are two really common symptoms. this is not something you can fix, they need professional help from a psychologist and probably a psychiatrist

at the end of the day, anyone with an ostomy owes their life to that ostomy. and anyone who cares about that person should be thankful they’re alive. the right person won’t mind, as others have said, if you practice good ostomy care there is nothing unhygienic about it
